Just waiting to hear from son as I said to call his insurance company.
I really do not think the police can help...as some have said.
The older guy did showed his license and Son has a pic of that and his car number plates.
Again as Son only has 3rd party..... his insurance co would only be interested if the old guy was after him.
If everyone went to the police for a minor hit.....god help them.
So I will see if Son has any new information....if not we will get 3 estimates and a letter of demand by reg mail.
Will let you know what happens.
And yes it is 3rd party damage.
And the damage to sons car is clearly in the backside.
