Firstly, at WHA we do not comment about our peers and wish Bellamys well and congratulate them on their successes.

In relation to your questions about CFDA, this process is now called SAMR (State Administration for Market Regulation). What I can tell you is WHA has already passed the technical review stage where Bellamys, as per the note from the company, are still under technical review.

The SAMR process and the time it is taking is one which WHA cannot influence or hasten. Our advice is that there is no reason why SAMR approval will not be given to WHA and frankly it is a waiting game. We are confident WHA will ultimately be awarded SAMR approval for our infant baby formula product.

I am not sure whether you are aware of the changes in China as regards the one child to now a two child per family policy. This is a seminal change and the demand for infant formula in the coming years in China will be huge.

There will be room for many local Chinese and international suppliers such as WHA to benefit from this change, and to prosper as arguably one of the biggest baby booms in the history of mankind is underway in China.
