Mortgagee in Possession Sale – Nelson Bay
On 6 June 2014 Wellington Capital Limited as Responsible Entity of the Premium Income Fund announced that
the contract for the sale of the property settled on 30 May 2014 with $150,000 being paid at settlement and the
balance being payable in 12 months from settlement.
The balance of $350,000 was due to be repaid by 30 May 2015.
Wellington Capital Limited as Responsible Entity of the Premium Income Fund has entered into a repayment plan
with the purchaser and has given the purchaser an extension until 30 June 2015 for final payment of the
outstanding balance.
