As long as you had your shares before the record date then you are eligible to apply for another $15k worth @ 35cents a share.

All the retail holders (like yourself) are put into the same bucket...... however in the likelihood of an oversubscription (more than $15mil applied for) the company can scale back the amount they grant everyone of which PLS can chose how they scale that back aswell.

If they scale it back, they sit on your money until after the new shares are issued (est. 2nd of August I think) and then will return you the difference soon after that date (well they should do!).
