Hey Billy,
I agree. I don't see how this can be construed as anything but very positive. It creates a base at 25c which is less than 10% below the SP leading into the TH so there is no massive discount like you see with most placements and on top of that they have said that there is further funding to come!!
I'm staying in for sure!
