The size of this so call "rights issue" is, according to my calcs on shareholders equity, about 18% (@4.20)
NOT a small one, does change the debt to equity ratio a bit, QAN has a lot of debt.
By my rekonin the "small" shareholder got jipped again!
Insto got first pick.... we get the dregs...
