Director ownership and ongoing buying. Just my view but I prefer to see directors own at least 5% in the company if not more.Why would you put your own money in if those running it are not.Small companies below on share ownership.
AJX has directors owning a few shares which gives comfort. CYQ is starting to look interesting with positive operating cashflow however I could not see high director share ownership. JTL has high director ownership and recently converted $3.2 million debt to 250 million options overall pricing 2.8c well above market price.
