blue chips run before smal caps....
Blueee's have been running lately as we know
not all, but there have been some good signs of some small cap moves of late....
so we are in a better 'money making space' for small caps right now.
been tough with alot of small caps over the last 12 months, the market may have just murmered a little lately...
