I think the shortfall will be surprisingly small. Besides its fully underwriten.
I would argue that $1.1mil is relatively small amount. INT shares have hit 0.5c a few times in the last month and the likely consequence of the capital raising is to hover around 0.5c for awhile.
So would probably be smart to average down by using the placement. Also its brokerage free and hard to buy in volume at that level. 1:9 isnt great but any more would have destroyed any remaining value IMO.
Some people are rightly annoyed with the (lack of) progress and perceived inadequecies of managemet and poor communication. But how many are still holding?
The directors have agreed to support the placement, Kiril has too. That is already a decent chunk from the top20.
