    Can anyone enlighten me as to ho wthese apparently very small parcels work. eg. 13.43 1,00 shares at .078.This would make the parcel worth $78. Am I missing something,It does not seem to be connected with any other block buy and happens regularly.See15.11 2,000 shares at .074.
