    Sensei, even RIO is going to China for money at the moment. The banks are too risk averse even to lend on regulated infrastructure assets at a reasonable rate these days. PNA management have not let us down in the past... I do agree with you though that it will likely be quite some time before we see the PNA SP at $1.
