ARH is almost out of cash, so it will be interesting to see what happens, if anything.
It looks like not many holders have been watching so far. Normally when a sleepy spec share rises suddenly it takes a while for sellers to build up. Right now there are just 153000 shares for sale at near last price. Few have noticed the rise today.
There are some long-time large holders on the top 20 who I suspect would be happy to employ their money elsewhere.
But I could be completely wrong, maybe it is the beginning of a major development? One of the great market mysteries.
