small sells,is this manipulation?

Again we have small sells of around $50.00 a trade at a centre point price of 0.0065 cents.
This has to be a broker and in my opinion should be seen as illegal or at best stock price manipulation.
I hope miles and lucapa have been keeping a eye on these types of trades and does whatever is possible to not do placements or cap raises with such people if they are responsible for these trades.
Miles,please hold off doing a placement for at least a month to see if the diamond sale goes through sooner than latter and if some of those funds are transferred to the perth account.
Im sick of these people potentially taking advantage of lucapa's financial position.
