There is no provision or you would know about it .If ENDIAMA needed some money for anything not exploration are you telling me LOM wouldn't mind helpping with funding,Rubbish No Way.
If ENDIAMA had any business sense they would of already of been eying of a suitor for the LOM part of the JV. Thinking that LOM might be on its last legs,they know LOM has no money and living CR to CR.This can only last for so long until they a) hit big (doubtful as exploration is being stifled and is being controlled it seems) or b) cant raise any money especially when a license is not forthcoming.LOM only need to hit a bad patch of ground for the exploration dollars to stop for a couple of months.
In the meantime if the ground is so awesome like you say other exploration company's could be courting the Ang Gov, dangling dollars in front of them the deal could already be done.Why would the Ang Gov not pursue a company with the capital to push the project along swiftly.
imo its all about control and making as much money out of the smaller companys with no corporate clout.This is reminiscent of old Angola.
Id be a buyer at .004 or if the license comes as this should mean serious funding, or not.
