ASIC should investigate the documents they have produced. Then I saw the name Millionaires Bank name on the front and all was explained. The trouble is the large sleepy fund managers control the vote, get wined and dined, taken to corporate sporting boxes and other places and roll into line. They also get special briefings and access to the Board etc. Hopefully the Court will say no, unless they are wined and dined as well. Corrupt to the core, with sleepy fund managers in control.
