I have not got my offer yet, expecting that today. But I would find that hard to believe. Surely it should be based on shares you hold. One share, one vote.

I am not a pessimist and even so, I think that the chance of a second bid is fast deminishing. As suggested, yes, you should chance your name, to optimist I suggest.
