Makes sense to give larger incentive to someone of that calibre, especially if he can deliver the company its maiden US JV or deal . Not sure if a company can issue 2 lots of shares and hold them as unallocated on delievry of certain milestones
If thisis the case the initial tranche can be for joining the 2nd tranche for delivery of a milestone ....just a thought ....a no om not long just in a good mood onthe back of the PXS news and the fact PGC is partnering RB milesone with MHM .... I think , just assuming the MHM part as that was the info I had 2 months ago and mentioned at the time .
