people are converting the options so they can sell the heads. at least it seems that way, this is beginning to worry me also.
either management are pulling the wool or it is going to be a long slow grind.
often it can take a lot longer to get where you want to go, especially if you are learning as you go which i think mhm management are doing. a crap general market does not help either.
