I'll add a comment: whatever the trading method or strategy the total volume of shares traded this way is so small that it wouldn't be worth a broker's time. It's hardly worth the trader's time either.

I can only conclude that someone is experimenting with the system using tiny volumes of a very inexpensive stock to get a feel for how it works without risking much.
