    Definitely looks like price manipulation to facilitate accumulation without pushing the price up - as soon as the 54 cent buys are cleared out a 3 share sale goes thorugh at 53.5 cents. Then once a decent number of offers build at 54 cents another buy order comes in from off screen to take most of them out, followed by another small sale at 53.5.
