    Yeah I think it's price manipulation. Someone is keeping the price down so they can accumulate their position.

    That spike we saw earlier up to $0.18 - I think some people took up some positions in MBP - not sure who though. I think they'll be selling off in the upcoming announcement, so any price increase will be short-lived.
