I agree that our business is safe from government action in curbing emissions as well as significantly harming the environment, as we are producing coking coal (which I am comfortable with as a commodity over the long term).

Once again, I would direct you to the scientists who know multitudes more than you or me on these issues, I'm sure that if you spoke to some of the experts on these issues, they would be able to refute most of the holes you perceive in their argument. I would agree that it is probably unwise for those professors to move south, but I think this is an anecdote used mostly to distract from the argument at hand and to attack the (admittedly highly frustrating and patronizing) ABC guests.
