Can't imagine the issues they will find in store managers salary packages. I remember some oddities I queried years ago about leave loading screen, and STIP payments but they were brushed aside. Filed in the "too hard basket".
I was almost 10 years with them ( been out for just under 3) carried the flame and grew 'the culture', and slowly watched it die. Reading the letter, I'm not concerned about myself. I am happy to know that any mistakes that were made over the years will be looked into and some of these guys will get the payments they deserved years ago.
My guess is that it will more than likely be grades under the award, secondments and leave loadings.
