    Another small win for FKP with the sale of some commercial land.

    Sale price only $6.5m but the part I like is the 38% premium to book which implies a $4.7m holding value and $1.8m profit on the transaction.

    It will take time to run this book off but should happen over time - hopefully they can achieve book value for as many assets as possible.
