Smaller Board?

I notice on page four of the Annual Report says "Bill Dunmore and Mike Herrington are not standing for Board re-election at the next AGM"

I wonder if that means our board will be reduced by two members, or if they will be replaced?

Also I wonder if the company interprets the bi-law such that by resigning these two satisfy the requirement of board members to stand for re-election every three years. With eight board members I would have expected three to have to stand for re-election, but with two not re-standing perhaps that answers for two of the three.
