The chance the court will accept SMSL appeal is the same chance that hell will freeze. Also, even if the opposition wins (zero chance) they will not close an important economic asset. They are not crazy and the whole environmental stuff is only for the elections. They are not stupid and they do not believe in this environmental nonsense themselves.
