Instos bought a lot at 75cts, only to watch the price fall instantly. They certainly don't want to be underwater. Of course, they have probably all made heaps previously when the stock went up. So are already ahead in the game.
Still, the company wants more in reserve. How they are going to get shareholders to cough up dough at 75 cts si what I would like to see.
Personally, I can't see it, until after Friday's court case
with the appeal thrown out.
A Malaysian friend of mine has suggested that Lynas will be in trouble if the opposition party wins power. Although he maintains that the opposition party CANNOT shut Lynas down without paying damages .....which they won't want to do.
