Following this thread there are obviously two camps MMX versus CHM.

There seems to be a lot of talk about "pump and dump" by the promoters of CHM but the major players have such large positions that they need to see this through to an outcome to get a strategy to exit or for long term value.

CHM stated that they have lodged their writ and will not be commenting further while it is before the courts.

The only reason to keep commenting would be to support the price which would support the "pump and dump" strategy.

The issue for MMX is that it is not what the current directors did but what the original promoters and directors potentially did or did not do.

This I assume will come out through the court process.

So I guess I will sit in for the ride and see what happens.
