CHM knows they cant either win or afford to fight a long court case against MMX thats why they only bought their claim against MMX at exactly the same time they launched a takeover bid got MIS because they hope to pressure MMX into sort of out of court settlement in such A sensative time for the company and get some big cash payout they dont deserve, sorry but its not going to happen.
