take2 MMX is only down 25% from early December (about$4) considering the market fluctuations in this time and the attack on multiple fronts (MIS&CHM), this ain't too bad. You make it sound as if "anything can happen" when the matter goes to court, as if a lottery wheel is spun and the winner could be CHM or MMX. Courts are extremely unlikely to award massive settlements without a significant case. CHM have not released anywhere near the amount of detail that MMX has. Why is that? Wouldn't they want to yell from the roof tops?
The market price of CHM is currently reflecting this, and I believe CHM's share price will continue to deteriorate. MMX won't settle because I suspect CHM wants more than the 5000 dollars it may or may not deserve. I agree we don't know how it will play out, that is why I don't think the share price should have ever run up so high. Many people were burnt buying shares at inflated prices at or above 10cents.
