My guess is that we can currently only see about 10% of the "CHM Iceberg" ....they stated that they would not comment further once the matter was headed to court ..... either way I have nothing to lose....earlier trades already have me well in the green. Happy to sit back and let it play out....CHM would not have launched action if they thought it would be thrown out
