There's take over talk swirling about SBM. Given the new MD is a NCM old boy it wouldn't be a long bow to assume NCM are circling.
Now that would be an interesting situation if we became, by default, a NCM investment by default. Those people don't muck around so the possibilities from that point would be multiples. One path would be for NCM to lift to 20% and take a seat on the board. Cash driven, NCM wouldn't be sitting around on this asset, I would presume. That would put the cat amongst the pigeons! Remembering NCM has a lot of cash in the bank. Interesting days ahead.
