Point taken about a spaceship getting to the next level, refueling, and then taking off to the next level - theoretically, think of Range Rocket being on planet Earth right now and looking to head to Mars over the next few years stopping at each of the planets on the way refuelling.

At the moment, the Range Rocket has been assembled and is sitting on the platform - hence the good entry price still that many are more than taking advanteage of before the ship is fuelled, pilots in the pit and lift off...

The Pound Party will happen in time, but that will occurafter positive events in Puntland (both on shore and off shore), Texas (continued 200%+ increases annually), T&T (increases like the 490% increase this year and buying other assets nearby), and then there is Georgia and possibly Colombia.

IMO with all that upside, just having a small position is worth the risk as the downside is nominal from here.
