here is why it it would be smart for investors to assume that...

    here is why it it would be smart for investors to assume that any unannounced information that anyone claims on Hot Copper to be sourced from centro officers (.....particularly from a highly experienced war-horse like the CEO himself) has been deemed by the company NOT to be price sensitive.

    any officer or employee of centro that releases price sensitive information that is not available to the general public, and anyone circulating that information, could potentially be guilty of various regulatory offences (ie. relating to corporate disclosure obligations or insider trading).

    we all know that centro officers and HC posters are aware of and fully comply at all times with their regulatory obligations.

    notes:

    - by definition, information already in the market cannot be price sensitive
    - the timing for the release of price sensitive information can itself be price sensitive
