Who knows ? Maybe now DLS is a substantial holder, Sydney Basin will be drilled.
I hold DLS, not BUY, so as far as I am concerned it is a stake in potential fields. Leases and permits cost money so vauing them as worthless is naive.
Maybe the DLS stake in BUY was cheaper than farming in.
There is plenty of cases of farm out for free carry, so exploration ground is valued by other companies.
It is a risk game. DLS is winning.
