Lukashenko rules out mobilization of the population due to the war in Ukraine
Daniel Stewart - Yesterday 6:52 pm

Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has ruled out the possibility of decreeing a mobilization of the population over the war in Ukraine, after his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin announced on Wednesday a "partial mobilization" to try to incorporate about 300,000 people into the Armed Forces.

    Easy choice to be made.
In WW2 Belarus lost its western part to USSR
and has, as it did till Soviet fell kept mum about its aspirations for independence.
By putting a firm NIET to Russia for any possibility of militarily fraternising in Ukraine,
Lukashenko may have opened a path for Ukraine to formulate a more secure strategy
    for out-buldosing Putin.

    Cheers,
