we all know there are many options available to INT to stay a stand alone company, if a takeover move was to be made and there was some jazzy favourable commentary on it by mgmt, they would be out on their ass in a flash and we would find a new board. u can bank on that. I just dont see this as some devious hidden plan. Just cos someone else moved first to ditch old board , dont mean others werent about to or ready to do the same. It could quite easily happen again to new board if they werent being genuine. We all are quite educated on INT and could smell a rat a mile away!

Would u sell ur stock for 4cents? 7 cents? wen u are an inch away from holding a 51% stake in an NZ company that grew over 1500-2000% in last year alone?

I daresay alot less then some mite think would accept a price in these ranges. Far too much value there to sell out now.

I for one would rather risk my whole wallet to see more value or none at all.
