Indeed. The way this has been handled is atrocious. Bullknitting that it was a 50c bid when a kid with a calculator can work out its 40c, and then the dodgy oppies, and the fact its a non-binding "agreement"....its just a ploy to get the damn directors the leisure time to exercise their options and pick up more money. Meanwhile, everyone else's arse is hanging out here.
