    There is not much I have found to the down side 6.8% div is great, with such a small M/c
    But there growth hasn't been over the top. But I am thinking that being it's linked to a housing recovery, and that has just started, so some growth could be on the cards. Only 1.5 cents from there 6 month low not a bad time to enter, and if it pulls back some more I will chuck a few more bucks at it, wont hurt will bring the div payment % higher
