For my two cents worth, I've read that on some occasions the Smart Money Indicator can be spot on in predicting accumulation prior to a breakout...although its weakness is inherently found when buys or sells occur off market and are thus not recorded as part of the indicator's movements. I haven't been watching GDN on a intraday basis so can't really comment what has or is happening in that regard, although you could be right as we might be witnessing smart (better still, patient) buyers taking from the impatient. Time will tell.
