U know if you were an investor in CQT and u had the dough and us see some manipulator putting caps on the price and u were really confiednt in your investment what would you do ? I knwo what I would do. I would make the capper suffer like hell. I think that is what is going on. Let them CAP and try and get sellers flushed out. Trouble is not a lot are selling. The deep pocketed investor is making this a zero sum game for the capper (or trying to anyway). That is my theory for lack of a better one LOL
