Any of the Smart Money here want to answer the question of at what Conversion price these loans were tuned in stock, and when were the shares distributed.
Not sure you can raise new money until these issues are made clear. I sent a note into the CFO, but the chap moved on.
Any help, or contact names for the other debt\converted holders would be appreciated.
