You forget the obvious, manganese being used up  world wide, so if less resources those with resources stand to gain, The question is over what time period and what influences the demand. If the company goes down to a Sinclair Spectrum and one secretary so be it. But with 7 Billion and 300 hundred thousand as the world population  (http://www.worldometers.info/world-population/ )   the demand for known resources will be there hopefully in our life time..............................Long Term buy and hold if costs reduce to the above.
