I think he meant to state that he was given a "tip" on Thursday 11th. But the fact that he states that he is into buying more stock at 3.3c is positive.
However, with VRC there have previously been plenty of "tips" and pumped up prices that have led to nothing! A company announcement would be timely now, but the BOD appear to like keeping any news that they may have, tightly held.
The sp has lost its momentum at the moment.
