Relatively new to Respiri and this forum but have invested in several speculative, small cap stocks in my time.
Seriously where are you guys getting these expectations from ?
The world has been on Christmas and New Year holidays for the last 3 weeks, what makes you think meetings would be taking place on serious matters like manufacturing and distribution deals !
From the recent Chairman's Address at the AGM, which is in the public domain, Respiri hasn't produced the first working prototype of the next generation Airsonea device . Clearly states this to be delivered by Q2 , so how can you possibly sign a manufacturing deal when you don't even know what is required yet to manufacture it. Secondly who in their right mind would sign a distribution deal for a a product when you have so much uncertainty about ability to manufacture and ensure supply.
The company has stated what it is focusing on:
- Finish development of Airsonea Gen 2 and Smart App and validate its use in monitoring asthma
- Demonstrate it can be manufactured successfully in large batches
- Get regulatory approval in Europe, US and Australia removing last barrier to selling the product and going to market

Once all this has been accomplished then you have something a major partner or distributor will be seriously interested in and the opportunities will be significant.
Enough with these ridiculous expectations and ignoring the facts, whether you like it or not the Board and Management received a mandate at the AGM to implement their plan , let them get on with it and if they don't deliver, then yes they are fair game.
