Daily buy or sell prices don't change the value of the asset. Nor the expected and actual timing of the anticipated and forewarned new financial arrangements. i
However, delays in these announcements may very well impact on those worrying or needing some cash, and selling out of the stock, or reducing their holdings, at these current low prices.
Hopefully some announcements will be made soon, ASAP, so that the vendor long term holder(s) are not unfairly disadvantaged, and whoever is wanting to sell gets a fairer price for their shares.
And the rest of us can relax!
