You could be right. I wiped the 3.3 cent buyer line thinking they might get a taste of the honey pot and like you, want to buy more and get into the top 20. I don't think you can go wrong with that mission at these prices.

From my end I did buy a bunch at 8.8 cents when the pit and the PHES looked promising. I certainly wasn't abandoning ship or even for that matter having an effect on the market price. It was simply an opportunity to get the tax benefits and have cash+ tax rebates coming so I could buy back in here and elsewhere with a bit of help from the ATO.

Wouldn't like to be the day trader hoping to sell 1.4m in a hurry with EOFY selling pressure in the next couple of weeks, but who knows.

Maybe the seller at 3.5 has no connection to the buyer at 3.3 .

If you are right and the day trader makes his $2,800 gross, I hope he spends the gains on a couple of bottles of 2012 Opus One red from the Nappa valley and reports the tasting notes to us so we can rest easy knowing that anything more than about $30 a bottle is only going to deliver very small gains. Nice not to die wondering though. Cars and wine of course don't go together even in that regard.
