Just had a look at a report from STATE ONE STOCKBROKING dated 12 October 2017. Its a report
titled Smart Parking " A Fine Business fully funded for Growth". It is a 16 page report with quite a lot
of information.
What took my interest was the section on Dividends. The report indicates that Smart Parking could
pay a dividend as early as 2019 with 2020 being a likely timeframe.
I recommend people go to the One State Stockbroking website and look for the report in the search
function of their site.
It would be amazing if we started to get dividends in the next year or two. I wish I had more money to
buy more shares in Smart Parking. This looks like its right at the beginning of what it can achieve
globally in IOT/Smart Cities/Smart Parking. I thought up till now that dividends could be a long way
away and we'd be limited to capital growth, now the prospect of income being a part of this has become
a very real possibility. Good luck to everyone holding for the medium to long term.
