I would hope that they never pay dividends. There is a big world out there around parking and camera solutions. Use the money to invest in the highest ROI project out there. Only pay a dividend when the projects aren't providing high returns anymore.
If people want dividends, go buy a Telstra or a bank, not a technology growth stock.
