The one thing about this share is that it will not run up on "something in the wind"..something has been in the wind for 12 months now!!!
Although having said that can you imagine how much complete and total control the minister who signs this has over the share price right now..he alone can manipulate the price down(by not granting the licences or delaying it) then buy a lot of stock and then make millions when he finally decides to sign the leases..he doesnt need backhanders or brown envelopes...he has complete and total control.
The minister of tourism is in the courts in Thailand now for accepting a multi million dollar bribe from the american organisers of the Bangkok Film Festival for her to award them the contract to run it...all the money went through relatives accounts in the US and Europe...these people all send their kids overseas to study and Australia is a very popular place for Thai's to study..any relative could easily set up an Australian account and trade these shares...
